Daria Wichowska

Daria Wichowska has extensive experience in recruitment and employer branding, currently serving as an Expert and Senior Specialist in the Recruiting & Employer Branding Department at Kaufland Polska since October 2017. Responsibilities include leading recruitment processes for the Head Office, coordinating a team of Brand Ambassadors in collaboration with AIESEC Polska, and creating content for social media channels. Daria has also developed and implemented employer branding campaigns and materials, organized job fairs, and engaged with universities and external partners. Previous roles encompass recruitment and training positions across various organizations, including work as a psychologist and personal development trainer.
