Stefano Breuer

Stefano Breuer is currently the Vice President of Real Estate at Kaufman Hall, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Stefano served as an Associate at Healthcare Real Estate Capital, LLC from May 2018 to November 2021, and gained experience as a Summer Associate at Calzada Capital Partners, where the focus was on real estate investment in the U.S. and Latin America. As a Co-founder of Ezza, Stefano successfully launched a startup during the MBA program, securing $350K in funding and placing third in the Chicago Booth New Venture Challenge. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate role at UBS within the Real Estate, Lodging, and Leisure Group and extensive consulting work in risk management at Quantitative Risk Management, spanning several positions from Financial Analyst to Senior Risk Consultant. Stefano holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Economics from Northwestern University.
