David Garcia

David has a wide range of expertise providing traditional audit, accounting, and business consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. His forensic accounting experience includes forensic accounting investigations as well as litigation support services and analysis for complex legal cases throughout all phases of litigation.

David has more than 12 years of experience providing corporations and law firms with litigation support services including economic damage computations and forensic investigative services. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Florida, a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

He has extensive experience in fraud investigations, lost profit calculations, commercial damage models, and professional malpractice. He specializes in economic damage computations, including lost profits, lost business value, and disgorgement damages.

David provides a number of litigation support consulting services, including case strategy, assisting counsel with interrogatories and document requests, deposition assistance and preparing trial demonstratives.

He also has a wide range of expertise providing traditional attestation, accounting, and business consulting services to clients in a variety of industries including financial services, retail, construction, non-profits, property management, securities, and insurance.

Additional experience includes valuation, due diligence, accounting, and business consulting services. He has participated in US GAAP and IFRS audits of financial statements for public and private companies.

He received his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida.
