Lorienne Dittmar

Lorienne Dittmar is the current Director of Talent Acquisition & Retention at Kaufman, Rossin & Co. Lorienne has been with the company in various capacities since 2012. Prior to their current position, they served as Recruiting Supervisor, Recruiting & HR Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant.

Before joining Kaufman Rossin, Dittmar was a freelancer for Laura Dro Designs and also worked as an On-Site Property Manager, Leasing Agent, and Executive Receptionist for 370 Minorca, LLC. In 2009, they took part in a COMMUNITY SERVICE project with Harvest of Hope Festival.

Dittmar’s experience in both the private and public sector makes their uniquely qualified for their current role at Kaufman Rossin. Lorienne is passionate about recruiting and retaining top talent for the company and takes great pride in their work.

Lorienne Dittmar has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Lorienne also went to Westminster Christian School.
