Jurate Rudiene

Jurate Rudiene has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Radisson Hotel Kaunas within Radisson Hotel Group since January 2000, overseeing hotel operations and strategic development. Previous roles include General Manager at Radisson Blu Royal Astorija Hotel in Vilnius and Radisson Blu Hotel in Klaipeda, where Jurate implemented service improvement plans that contributed to increased AHR growth. Additionally, Jurate has held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Radisson Blu Astorija Hotel and has experience in academia, currently lecturing in the tourism department at Kauno Kolegija and previously teaching at the International School of Law and Business. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Bridgeport, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Lithuania Business College. Prior to entering the hospitality sector, Jurate worked as an Assistant Regional Sales Manager at Beckson Marine, Inc.
