Kim Daniels

Kim Daniels has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2006. Kim held various director-level positions at Meritor, where they were responsible for different regions and departments, supporting a large number of employees and managing HR professionals. Kim also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Acument Global Technologies, where they had overall responsibility for the HR function and advised senior leadership. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources Americas at Kautex Textron, where they are responsible for developing regional HR strategy and leading its execution. Kim is skilled in talent management, employment, training, and change management.

Kim Daniels pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Oakland University between 1987 and 1993. Later, Kim attended Walsh College and earned a Master of Science degree in Management in 1997.
