Marco Bernads

Marco Bernads has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. In 1994, they worked as a Produktionstechniker at Ford Motor Company until 1996 and then transitioned to the role of Qualitätsanalyst until 1998. In 2002, they joined Georg Umformtechnik GmbH as an Assistent Produktionsleitung for a short period. Later that year, they began working at Kautex Textron, where they held multiple positions. Marco started as a Projektingenieur and worked there until 2005. From 2006 to 2012, Marco worked as a Programm-Projektmanager, responsible for managing various projects. Marco then progressed to the role of Manager Engineering from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Director Product Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Director Eng Ops & Digital Transformation, starting from July 2022, with no specified end date.

Marco Bernads has a diverse education history. Marco obtained a Diploma in Engineering (FH) with a specialization in Production Technology from the Cologne University of Applied Sciences between 1998 and 2002. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a degree in Automotive Mechatronics from the Technische Universität Graz.
