With prior roles including Director of Capture Strategy at ACDI/VOCA and Senior Manager of Business Development at Corus International, Douglas has substantial experience in program management and business development across various regions, particularly in Africa and the Pacific. Notable positions held include Program Manager for Food Security at Counterpart International and Business Development Manager at Catholic Relief Services. Douglas has managed projects funded by major donors such as USAID and USDA, and has expertise in agriculture, food security, and livelihood initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Applied Anthropology from San Diego State University and a Graduate Certificate in Food Security from Wageningen University & Research.
