Justin Kinging has been working in recruitment since 2010. Justin began their career at Telstra Telesolutions as a Talent Acquisition/ Sales Consultant. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Remote 360 Recruitment Consultant. In 2017, they joined NonStop Recruitment as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. In 2018, they moved to Attract People as a 360 Recruitment Consultant for Information Technology in Software Development for Brisbane Company's. In 2019, they joined Just Digital People as a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant. In 2021, they joined CoinList as a Senior Technical Recruiter, but the role was made redundant. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Recruiter at Kava Labs Inc.

Justin Kinging attended Clairvaux Mackillop College from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
