Karmel Elshinnawi

Karmel Elshinnawi has over 8 years of work experience in product management. Karmel started their career in 2013 as a Product Manager - Mobile & Web at ChowNow. In 2014, they moved to MedHelp as a Product Manager - Mobile, where they built mobile apps to encourage healthier behavior. In 2015, they became a Senior Product Manager - Digital Strategy at Cedars-Sinai, helping patients manage their health. Karmel also worked as a Mentor at Techstars during the same year. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior Product Consultant at Self Employed. In 2017, they became a Senior Product Manager at Capitol Canary. In 2018, they moved to ConsenSys as a Lead Product Manager. In 2019, they worked as an Associate Director, Product & Strategy at IQVIA. In 2021, they moved to Equideum Health as a Director of Product, where they build Web3 person-centered healthcare and research networks called Data Integrity and Learning Networks (DILNs). Currently, they are working as a Lead Product Manager at Kava Labs Inc.
