Rodrigo Santisteban Maza

Rodrigo Santisteban Maza serves as the Global Data Privacy Head at Kavak.com, where responsibilities include implementing global data protection standards in 10 countries and overseeing the development of the Global AI Policy. Prior experience includes a senior management role at the Asociación Nacional de la Industria Química, as well as providing external advisory services in data privacy and governance. Notably, Rodrigo held the position of General Coordinator of Transparency at the H. Ayuntamiento del Municipio de Puebla, enhancing the municipality's status in open data and transparency initiatives that benefitted over 1 million citizens. Academic contributions as a professor include teaching courses in Civil Obligations, Corporate Law, and Economic Theory at various universities.
