Naomi Kaduwela has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Naomi started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Berkeley Lab in 2012. Following that, they worked as a Business Intelligence Developer during their internship with GE Capital in 2013. Naomi then joined GE Capital as part of the Digital Technology Leadership Program, where they held roles as an IT Project Manager and a Commercial Application Developer. In 2014, they continued their journey in the Digital Technology Leadership Program at GE Capital, taking on various responsibilities. In 2015, they transitioned to GE Healthcare, where they served as a Staff Technical Product Manager, leading a matrix team to deliver commercial growth analytic outcomes and winning awards for operational excellence and leadership skills. Naomi also served as a Sr. Analytics Engineer, leading the strategy, design, and development of the first commercial growth analytic solution in IoT. In 2020, they joined Kavi Global as the Head of Kavi Labs, where they partnered with clients to deliver innovative data and analytics solutions. In 2022, they became the Head of Kavi Labs and Value Engineering, co-creating value with cross-industry enterprises through data and AI services and solutions.

Naomi Kaduwela completed their Master of Science degree in Machine Learning and Data Science (MLDS) at Northwestern University from 2018 to 2019. Naomi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Psychology from Ithaca College from 2009 to 2013. Naomi also completed a Sales program at Kellogg Executive Education in 2021. Naomi pursued a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Naomi participated in a Study Abroad program in Paris, France through IES Abroad in 2012. Naomi completed their secondary education at Barrington High School from 2005 to 2009.
