Anja Sundgren

Anja Sundgren has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Anja began their career at Aromatic AB as a Master student, where they conducted research on the composition of distilled monoglycerides. Anja then joined Arla Foods, where they held various roles, including Product Developer and Senior Food Scientist, focusing on product development within the milk, cream, sauces, and baby food categories. Anja also served as a Project Manager for process engineering during the construction of a new dairy facility. In their most recent position at O. Kavli AB, Anja worked as the Quality and Environmental Manager before transitioning to the role of Factory Manager, overseeing the production of processed cheese, mayonnaise, and sauces. Anja currently holds the position of Supply Chain Director at O. Kavli AB.

Anja Sundgren attended Klippans gymnasieskola from 1989 to 1991, where they studied science. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Engineering with a focus on food at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1993 to 1998.
