Permata Gabriella

Permata Gabriella is a Building & Utility Specialist at Kawan Lama Group since October 2021, where significant achievements include reducing office overcrowding by 30% through enhanced collaboration areas and initiating the use of cloud-based project management software for the organization's Facility team and distribution centers across Indonesia. Prior to this role, Permata founded Brydness from January 2021 to January 2022, successfully managing all facets of a home bakery focused on cakes and brownies. Additionally, Permata gained experience in the Project Management Team at Colliers International in 2020, working on mall fit-out management and ensuring tenant designs conformed to fit-out regulations.
