Tom Porter

Tom Porter has extensive experience in human resources and administration, notably serving as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. since 2008, where responsibilities included leading talent management and employee relations. Following retirement in 2018, Tom Porter worked as a Senior Consultant, focusing on HR-related services to assist employees transitioning into retirement. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales for the Western Region at Sandberg Furniture Company, President of The Tom Porter Group, Inc., and various consulting positions. Tom Porter holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Webster University.
