David Castro

David Castro is an Emergency Medicine Resident Physician at Kaweah Health. Previously, David was a Medical Student at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and engaged in a medical externship focused on bionics and orthotics at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. David also has experience in corporate support at Donut Holdings, Inc., private tutoring at Varsity Tutors, and serving as an AmeriCorps member in an Obesity Prevention Program. Additionally, David has volunteered at Riverside Free Clinic, conducted research in cell biology and neuroscience, and served as a peer health educator at Golden Arches, UCR. David holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
