Lian Chang

Lian Chang is an experienced Emergency Medicine Pharmacist Specialist at Kaweah Delta Medical Center, a role held since February 2010. Prior to this position, Lian served as an Inpatient Pharmacist, Per Diem at St. Rose Hospital from August 2009 to February 2010, and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at VA Palo Alto Health Care System from July 2008 to June 2009. Lian obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific, completing studies between 2003 and 2008.
