Rukia Isabel Yosuf

Rukia Isabel Yosuf, MD, is currently a Doctor at White Memorial Medical Center/Adventist Health since August 2023 and has been serving as a Doctor of Medicine in a surgery residency at Kaweah Health since June 2022. Rukia completed medical education at The University of Toledo, earning a Doctor of Medicine degree from 2018 to 2022. Prior experiences include a medical student position at UTCOM, a research internship at Vanderbilt University under a NIH funded NIDDK research program, and various roles at Vanderbilt University focusing on the study of chemical carcinogens on DNA. Rukia holds multiple bachelor’s degrees from Vanderbilt University in Biology/Biological Sciences, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and Biological Sciences.
