Ryan Gates is the current Chief Population Health Officer at Kaweah Delta Health Care District. Ryan has also previously worked as the President & CEO of Frontline Pharmacy Consulting, Inc., Senior Clinical Pharmacist/ Residency Program Director at Kern Medical Center, and Outpatient Pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente - San Diego. Ryan Gates has also completed a PGY-1 Primary Care Resident at Department of Veterans Affairs- San Diego.

Ryan Gates has a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of the Pacific, a Teaching Credential - High School Science from Humboldt State University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Biology and Botany Minor from Humboldt State University, and an Associate of Science (AS) in Forestry from Bakersfield College.

Ryan Gates reports to Gary K. Herbst, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Ben Cripps - Chief Compliance & Risk Officer, Dianne Cox - Chief Human Resources Officer, and Jag Batth - Chief Operating Officer.
