Claire Lizear

Claire Lizear has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Claire began their career in 2010 as a Human Resource Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, where they worked until 2013. Claire then moved on to Fox Run Village as an HR Coordinator for a few months before joining the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates as a Human Resources Manager from 2014 to 2016. Claire then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Zeal Credit Union from 2016 to 2017 before taking on the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Great Lakes Wine & Spirits from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior People & Culture Manager at Infomedia Ltd. Claire then transitioned to Vectorform as the Director of People from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they joined Earnest as the Director of People Operations and is currently working there. Claire's extensive experience in human resources makes their a valuable asset in their current role as Head of Partnerships at Kaya, a position they have held since October 2022.

Claire Lizear earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development (MSHROD) at Eastern Michigan University from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Claire also obtained various certifications related to human resources. Claire became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute in May 2012 and obtained the SHRM Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in August 2015. Claire further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM in December 2018.
