Lama Al Dossary, a Certified Director, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kayanee and as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at the Saudi Equestrian Authority. In addition, Lama holds the position of Vice Chair for the Riyadh Chapter Advisory Board at the GCC Board Directors Institute. With extensive experience in human resources, previous roles include VP of People at the Saudi Tourism Authority, Director of Human Resources at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, and various HRBP positions at notable organizations such as Saudi Aramco, Shell, and Motiva Enterprises. Educational achievements include participation in the Misk Leaders2030 Program at Esade and the CHRO Program at The Wharton School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Sharjah.
