Rick Luxton is a results-driven sales professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic. With extensive experience in sales management roles, including District Sales Manager at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation and National Account Manager at Pentair, Rick has consistently exceeded sales targets and contributed to top-line growth with major accounts such as Home Hardware, Canadian Tire, and Costco. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at Kaycan since April 2015, Rick brings a sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability to all sales projects. Rick holds a diploma in Marketing Administration from Seneca Polytechnic, earned between 1981 and 1984.
