Michael Pietrack

Michael Pietrack serves as the Managing Director of the Pharma and Biotech Team and Medical Affairs Practice Lead at Kaye/Bassman International, a role started in December 2023. With extensive experience in the recruiting industry, Michael is also a long-time member of The Pinnacle Society, which connects top recruiters in the executive search field. Prior to the current role, Michael was the Executive Vice President at TMAC Direct, overseeing direct-hire recruiting efforts. Michael's earlier contributions at The Alpine Group included leadership in the Medical Affairs Recruiting Business Unit, earning multiple awards for excellence in recruitment. Michael holds a Master of Arts in English/Curriculum and Instruction from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colorado Mesa University.
