Paul Harrington has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Kayenta since February 2023. Prior to this, they founded Harrington Advisory in 2021, where they held various roles such as Founder, interim VP Engineering / CTO, and provided advisory services to SMEs and Enterprise clients for Agile/DevOps/Digital transformation. Paul also worked as the VP Digital Products at GSK from November 2018 to July 2020.

Before joining GSK, Paul worked at Salesforce from 2015 to 2018, where they held the positions of VP Engineering - Marketing Cloud and Advertising Studio, and Senior Director, Engineering - Advertising Studio. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at OpenTable as the Senior Director of Engineering and subsequently as the Head of Technology.

Prior to OpenTable, Paul worked at toptable.co.uk as the Chief Developer from 2009 to 2011 before it was acquired by OpenTable. Paul also worked at uSwitch.com as a Senior Developer from 2007 to 2009 and at Hamptons International as a Developer from 2005 to 2007.

Paul's career began at INPS Ltd in 2001, where they started as a Junior Developer and later became a Senior Support Analyst. Prior to this, they worked at Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank as a Personal Account Manager from 1996 to 2000, where they managed a portfolio of 400 clients.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in areas such as technology leadership, Agile/DevOps/Digital transformation, product strategy, and sales.

Paul Harrington completed their education at various institutions. From 1986 to 1991, they attended Carres Grammar School in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, where they obtained GCSEs with grades of 3A, 4B, and 2C. Following this, they studied at Stamford College in Lincolnshire from 1991 to 1993, where they earned their A-Levels in Physics (A), Pure Maths (B), and Chemistry (C). Subsequently, Harrington pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics at the University of Southampton from 1993 to 1996.
