Joel Novelliere

Joel Novelliere started their work experience in 2011 as a Financial Analyst at Island Hospitality Management. Joel then went on to become a Senior Financial Analyst from May 2012 to January 2016, and eventually served as the Director of Finance from January 2016 to October 2020. In October 2020, they joined Kayne Anderson Real Estate as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Joel Novelliere holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. Joel also has a Master's of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to their degrees, Joel has obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Office Associate 2019, Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Power BI Dashboard Design, Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE), Introducing DAX, and Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.
