Andrew Passanante has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as Director at Kayne Anderson Real Estate since April 2015, where previous roles included Vice President and Senior Investment Accountant. Kayne Anderson Real Estate is recognized as a leading private equity investor in sectors such as medical office, seniors housing, and student housing. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Andrew held accounting positions at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP, and AriZona Iced Tea, starting their career as a part-time employee at Waldbaums. Andrew Passanante holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from St. John’s University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
