Lee Asher

Lee Asher is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently, Asher serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of Medical Office at Kayne Anderson since March 2024. Prior to this, Asher was Vice Chair and Healthcare Capital Markets Practice Group Leader at Colliers from October 2023 to March 2024, focusing on strategies for healthcare real estate investors. Asher also spent nearly two decades at CBRE as Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets. Early career roles included Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of iTendant, Inc., a web and wireless work order management software company, and positions in consulting and real estate at Virtual Premise and ACG Professionals. Asher holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University.
