Minwoo Bae

Minwoo Bae, CPA, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Tax for Energy Funds at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, a position held since October 2014. Prior to this role, Minwoo Bae worked as a Tax Manager at Deloitte from June 2013 to October 2014 and as a Senior Tax Associate at Rothstein Kass from November 2009 to May 2013, specializing in Financial Services, particularly Hedge Funds. Minwoo Bae holds a Master of Business Taxation degree with a concentration in Taxation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
