Biji Devraj has extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Biji most recently served as the Head of Business at Kaynes Technology India Limited and DERIK MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED. Prior to that, they held positions such as Vice President of Operations at George Maijo Automobile Pvt Ltd, Head of Customer Relationship Management at EVM Group, and CEO at Autowiz Associates Pvt Ltd. Biji also worked as an Associate Vice President for Projects at Autograde International Fz LLC and Profit Center Head & Executive Director at Prime Move Technologies. Biji began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Vikram Sarabhai Research Centre (VSSC) and also worked as a Senior Engineer at Kuttukaran Machine Tools Ltd. Biji has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills throughout their career.

Biji Devraj's education history begins in 1985 when they attended Government Engineering College, Thrissur (GECT) and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Production Engineering in 1989. In 1997, Biji attended All India Institute of Management Studies (AIIMAS) and completed a Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations in 1998. In 2005, they enrolled at Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research (BIHER) and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2007. Finally, in 2013, Biji pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Mahatma Gandhi University, which they completed in 2015.
