Kamil Mikołajczyk

Kamil Mikołajczyk is a Process Optimization Specialist at A. Kayser Automotive Systems GmbH, where responsibilities include optimizing production processes for linear and cellular manufacturing, implementing new projects for electric and hybrid vehicles, and coordinating Kaizen team meetings.
