Mohammad Balouchi

Mohammad Balouchi is a seasoned professional in construction management with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at Kayson Company since September 2010, Mohammad has developed and managed project budgets and timelines while overseeing subcontractor and vendor relationships. In addition to this role, Mohammad is also an Assistant Professor at Semnan University and has previously held positions as an Adjunct Lecturer at Islamic Azad University Tehran West Branch. Previously, Mohammad has managed various technical teams in several engineering projects, contributed to research and development, and consulted on engineering contracts. Educated with a PhD in Construction Management and Engineering from Semnan University, along with an MSc in Water Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering, Mohammad is committed to advancing knowledge in the field through teaching and practical experience.
