Robert Satori has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Robert started their career in 1994 as a Production Supervisor at Archer Daniels Midland Company, where they worked until 1997. Robert then joined Case Corporation, initially as a Production Supervisor and later as a Drivetrain Engineer. In 1999, Satori joined The Manitowoc Company as a Senior Engineering Manager and New Product Development Project Team Lead, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they moved to LDI Industries, Inc. as an OEM Accounts Manager, responsible for sales and strategic decision-making. Since 2016, Satori has been working at Kaysun Corporation, first as an Engineering Manager and currently as the Director of Engineering. In these roles, they have been involved in project management, customer collaboration, process development, and career development of engineers.

Robert Satori earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering (Power & Machinery) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994. Robert later pursued a Masters of Engineering degree at the same university from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Professional Engineer from the State of Wisconsin.
