Bolatbek Zhainazarov

Bolatbek Zhainazarov has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bolatbek began their career as a Tax Semi-senior at Arthur Andersen Kazakhstan in 1998. Bolatbek then joined Deloitte & Touche Kazakhstan, where they worked as an Audit In-Charge and later became an Enterprise Risk Services Manager. In 2006, Bolatbek joined Kazakhmys PLC as an Internal Audit Director and later became the Country Finance Director for Kazakhstani Operations. Bolatbek then moved to OCK Group as a Finance Director and subsequently worked as a Financial Advisor to the Chairman of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP. Bolatbek then returned to Kazakhmys Corporation as a Financial Analysis and Control Department Director and Internal Audit Director, demonstrating their expertise in financial analysis and control. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at RBK Bank. Overall, Bolatbek's experience spans various financial roles and includes management positions in both local and international companies.

Bolatbek Zhainazarov started their education in 1991 at Kostanay State University named after Akhmet Baitursynov, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English until 1996. In 1994, they also participated in a non-degree exchange program at Friends University, studying Business Administration for a year. Later, from 1999 to 2001, Zhainazarov attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
