Nazar Yestayev

Nazar Yestayev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nazar most recently served as the Chief specialist for ERP project (Microsoft Dynamics) at Kazakhmys Corporation starting from April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Drilling Manager at Kazakhmys Barlau from November 2018 to April 2021. Nazar also held the position of CEO at Kazah Gidrakom (PGT Group) from February 2017 to November 2018. Additionally, they have experience as an HSE expert at BNG Ltd LLP (Roxi Petroleum PLC) and Burisma, as well as a Senior HSE engineer at KMG Drilling & Services. Nazar has also held managerial positions at JSC Kazgeology, A.I.D.D. LLP (Australasian Independent Diamond Drilling), Boart Longyear Drilling Services KZ, LLP, and Mining & Drilling Services, LLP. In their roles, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, drilling operations, and maintenance.

Nazar Yestayev completed their education at Tomsk Polytechnic University. From 2004 to 2009, they pursued a degree in mining engineering, specializing in drilling. Subsequently, they returned to the university from 2014 to 2016 to complete a master's degree in economics and management in the oil and gas industry.
