Yertole Tulegenov

Yertole Tulegenov has a diverse work experience and has held multiple roles throughout their career. Yertole started as a Chief Specialist in Marketing and Finance at ALTYN-ORDA LLP in 2000. In 2001, they joined TURGAI-PETROLEUM JSC as an Economist and eventually became an Operator of the Oil and Gas Production Department. From 2005 to 2006, they served as a Third Secretary and Second Secretary of the European Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Yertole then joined the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where they held various positions such as Senior Specialist, Chief Specialist, Chief Expert, Acting Chief of Special Department, Deputy Chief of the East Kazakhstan Region Tax Department, Chief of the Large Taxpayers Department, Chief of the Pavlodar Region Tax Department, and Chief of the Almaty City Bostandyk District State Revenue Administration. In 2016, they became the Chief Tax Advisor to the Director General at KIPROS LLP. Yertole also served as the Director General at Joint Technologies LLP from 2018 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Rompetrol (KMG International) as the Deputy Group Director for Tax and Treasury Operations, and later as the Group Director for Financial and Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control. Yertole then joined Jusan Mobile in 2021, where they held the positions of First Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Infrastructure Development Officer, and later Chairman of the Executive Board and member of the Board of Directors. In 2022, they became the Vice-Chairman of the Management Board at Jusan Ventures LLP. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Security Officer at Kazakhmys Corporation.

Yertole Tulegenov pursued their education with a bachelor's degree in Finance from the Kazakh State Academy of Management in 1996. Yertole completed this program in the year 2000. Following this, Yertole enrolled in the University of Strathclyde in 2003 and completed a Master of Science degree in International Accounting and Finance in 2004.
