Mathilde Le Roy

Mathilde Le Roy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mathilde is the Founder and CEO of KAZoART, an online art platform they established in 2015. In 2023, they become an Entrepreneur in Residence at Start The F Up, an innovation studio that helps corporates. Mathilde also joins Team for the Planet as an Investor & Associate earlier in 2023.

In 2022, Mathilde co-founds NFT Factory, an initiative to promote NFTs and make France a leader in the emerging industry. Prior to this, they worked as a Start-up Mentor at Héméra in 2019.

In 2012, Mathilde held the position of Deputy Managing Director at BGE, a leading network for business creation assistance in France. Mathilde was responsible for supporting the creation and takeover of businesses. That same year, they also served as the Director of Development and Investor Relations at Fondation AlphaOmega, a venture philanthropy organization.

Earlier in their career, Mathilde worked as the Head of Fundraising and Alumni Relations at Cité internationale universitaire de Paris from 2009 to 2012. Mathilde was also the Head of Fundraising and Corporate Relations at Orchestre de Paris from 2005 to 2009.

Mathilde started their career as a Business Developer at TF1 Publishing in 2002 and later became a Project Manager at TF1 Group Development from 2000 to 2002.

Mathilde Le Roy completed their Masters in Management - Programme Grande Ecole from ESSEC Business School from 1996 to 1999. In 1999, they pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Schulich School of Business - York University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Mathilde furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Communication Audiovisuelle from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 1995 to 1996, where they pursued a Classe préparatoire HEC.
