Ruslan Kenzhin is an experienced electrical and instrumentation professional with over 19 years in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Lead Electrical Engineer at KazTransOil since June 2013, Kenzhin ensures labor safety conditions and oversees the safe execution of operations involving machinery and equipment. Previous roles include Field Instrument Commissioning Engineer at SPIE Oil & Gas Services, Senior Instrument Technician Commissioning at Imtech Bolashak, and Electrical and Instrument Commissioning Lead Technician at Tozzi SUD S.p.A. and CCC – Saipem Consortium JV. Kenzhin possesses extensive expertise in commissioning tasks, calibration, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems, and has a solid educational background with degrees from West Kazakhstan Engineering-Technological University and West Kazakhstan Engineering-Technological College.
