Jerry McCarn

Jerry McCarn has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jerry is currently the Vice President of Operations at KB Home, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, Jerry served as a Pastor at Quail Lodge Retirement Community from March 2018. Before joining KB Home, they worked at Richmond American Homes as the VP of Purchasing from February 2018 to August 2021, and as the Director of Purchasing from April 2014 to February 2018. Jerry also held the position of Director of Purchasing at Meritage Homes from February 2012 to April 2014. Jerry has experience in the construction industry, having worked as a Purchasing Manager and Construction Manager at Lennar Homes from January 2005 to February 2012 and from October 2003 to December 2004, respectively. Jerry also owned and operated J & K Remodeling as the Owner from September 1999 to February 2004. Jerry's work experience also includes serving as a Pastor at New Hope Community Church from April 2007 to April 2012, and at Bethel Church from 1994 to 1999. Jerry began their professional career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as an E-5 Sgt and Power Plant Mechanic from November 1979 to November 1983.

Jerry McCarn earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministries, Biblical Theology, and Languages from Northwest University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Jerry continued their education at Western Seminary from 1991 to 1995, earning a Master of Divinity degree with a focus on Leadership and Biblical Theology.
