Kathleen Knoblauch

Kathleen Knoblauch has a long history of work experience predominantly with KB Home. Kathleen started their career at IMC KB Mortgage Co in 1980 as a Director of Human Resources and remained in that role until 1986. Kathleen then moved to KB Home in 1986 where they held the position of VP of Organizational Planning & Development until 1996. Following this, they took on the role of VP of National Human Resources at KB Home from 1998 to 2002. Finally, they became the Vice President of Management Development at KB Home starting in 2002.

Kathleen Knoblauch pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education, with a focus on Speech, Debate, and Business, from Arizona State University. Kathleen later obtained a Certification in Human Resources from UCLA.
