Scott Hansen

Scott Hansen has over 15 years of work experience in the construction and development industry. Scott started their career as a Land Acquisition Associate at KB Home in 2002 and went on to hold various roles in the company, including Sr. Forward Planner, Sr. Project Manager, Director of Forward Planning, and currently serves as the Vice President of Forward Planning and Land Development. In this role, they manage a team responsible for obtaining entitlements, planning project development, and overseeing land development for over 50 projects. Scott has also been involved in the due diligence efforts of the Inland Empire Division, negotiating costs and reviewing legal, title, and environmental documents. Prior to their work at KB Home, they served in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant from 1997 to 2002.

Scott Hansen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in the years 1994 to 1998.
