Sini Sasikala

Sini Sasikala currently serves as a People and Performance Business Partner at KB Food Company since March 2022. Prior to this, Sini held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor at Karridale Group Pty Ltd from July 2018 to March 2022. With over two decades of experience in the HR field, Sini has worked in various senior HR roles in companies such as IMCC Abu Dhabi Group, JSS GmbH, ICSS Informatics LTD, and Pentasoft Technologies Ltd. Sini holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Kerala, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
