Eric Daschbach

Eric began his career with Cushman & Wakefield during the single worst time in industrial real estate history (2009). Fortunately, he was lucky enough to have patient roommates named mom and dad who let him live rent-free because he didn’t make his first deal until 2011. Prior to joining KBC, Eric spent the last 12+ years with C&W in the Greater Los Angeles market specializing in agency leasing, development and tenant representation. His institutional relationships and overall reputation in the business are second to none.
