Prior to joining KBC Advisors, Krista spent 15 years at CBRE with a focus on industrial site selection, land acquisitions and dispositions, project leasing and tenant representation. She maintains a strong understanding of land development criteria, pulse on ever-evolving market conditions and experience in all facets of real estate transactions to assist developer, landlord and tenant clients in achieving the most favorable outcomes based on their needs and objectives. Throughout her career, Krista has been involved in transactions totaling over 70 million square feet and 4500 acres in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
