Frances Sheppard has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Frances started their career at Bank of Ireland in 1996, where they held various roles including Sales Strategy Manager, Head of Sales & Marketing, and Head of Planning & Marketing. During this time, they developed and implemented the Planning & Marketing Plan for the Branch Network in Area South, led the integration of Areas South and West, and successfully negotiated tenders for UCC, Shannon, and Dublin Airport franchises. Frances also initiated the rationalization of 10 major branches in Cork, Limerick, and Galway. In 2012, Frances joined KBC Bank Ireland as the Head of Channel Development. Frances later moved to Bank of Ireland in 2014, where they served as the Head of Sales Strategy.

Frances Sheppard's education history includes obtaining a Diploma in Management from the Irish Management Institute / Henley. Frances also earned a Certificate in General Management from the Cranfield School of Management. Additionally, Frances completed the Leading for High Performance Programme from Accenture.
