Sarah Newman

Sarah Newman has over 17 years of work experience in various HR roles. Sarah began their career at Telefonica O2 Ireland in 2001, working as a Personal Assistant and later transitioning into roles such as HR Consultant, HR Business Partner, and Learning and Development Specialist. In 2009, they became the HR Manager and later the Internal Communications Manager at Telefonica O2 Ireland. Sarah joined Three Ireland in 2014 as the Head of HR Business Partnering and then moved on to Telefónica in 2013, where they served as the Head of HR. Sarah worked at Allianz Partners in 2018 as an HR Business Partner and currently holds the position of Head of HR - HR Business Partnering at KBC Bank Ireland.

Sarah Newman attended Dublin Business School from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Diploma in Personnel Management. Sarah then continued their education at the National College of Ireland from 2006 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
