MacIej Kwiatkowski

Maciej Kwiatkowski is currently part of the International Modelling Department at KBC Bank & Verzekering since February 2024. Prior to this role, Maciej took a sabbatical from October 2021 to February 2024 and served as Data Strategy Director at Canal + Polska from September 2020 to September 2021. Experience includes positions at Bank Pekao as Head of Modelling, Analytics, and Data Science, where responsibilities involved defining credit risk modeling strategies and implementing Big Data solutions, and as Head of Risk Analytics at KBC Bank & Verzekering, focusing on credit risk governance and methodology development. Additional roles at Citibank UK encompassed leading credit management information and Basel II reporting, as well as developing and managing credit scorecards across regions. Early career experiences include fixed income dealing at Societe Generale and software development internships at Uniwersytet Warszawski. Maciej holds an M.Phil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an M.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Warsaw.
