Rudy Marien currently serves in an innovation role at KBC Bank & Verzekering, specifically within the Energylab @ Surf Studio, since February 2021. Previously, Rudy held several positions at KBC Bank, including HR Process Manager, where focus was on enhancing HR value streams and continuous improvement, as well as serving as Process Manager for Service Level Management. In addition, Rudy served as a board member for the IT Service Management Forum Belgium from March 2008 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Enterprise Policy from ESHAL, complemented by management training at ESHAL and Sociocracy 3.0 in 2017.
