Jason Welch

Jason Welch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operational improvement within the biopharma and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Projects at KBI Biopharma since November 2020, Jason focuses on developing business processes supported by cloud-based services and progressive web applications. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where Jason designed automation solutions for GMP-related processes, and Lean Manufacturing/ISO Consultant as a Private Contractor, ensuring ISO-9001 compliance. Additionally, Jason has held leadership positions at GE Energy, overseeing customer fulfillment and engineering operations, while also contributing to lean methodologies and process enhancements throughout various roles. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from UMKC.
