Lester Ojeda

Lester Ojeda has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lester is currently the Director Global Supply Chain at KBI Biopharma, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Baxter International Inc. as a Facility Manager in different locations from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were the Import Sales & Supply Chain Manager at JBS from 2016 to 2017. Lester also worked as a Sr. Commercial Buyer at Mars from 2012 to 2016 and as a Sr. Buyer CARICAM and Jr. Demand Planner/Buyer at Kraft Foods (Puerto Rico) LLC from 2010 to 2012. Lester'searliest work experience was as a Replenishment Specialist at Walmart from 2008 to 2009.

Lester Ojeda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Lester also completed a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul from 2005 to 2006. Moreover, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon, which they obtained from 2002 to 2008. In addition, Lester Ojeda has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2023, the Professional Engineer (PE) from the North Carolina Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors in 2023, and the SCPro™ Level One from CSCMP - Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals in 2023. Lester is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has obtained several other certifications in logistics, transportation, and inventory management.
