Nate Hildebrandt

Nate Hildebrandt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nate most recently worked as an Associate Director of Technical Operations at KBI Biopharma, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, they were the Owner and Principal Consultant at SingleTrack Ltd., where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimized quality systems and business processes.

Nate also held the position of Manufacturing Quality Systems Manager at Novartis Gene Therapies from November 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Site Director at Lifecycle Biotechnologies, LP, where they oversaw all site operations and developed strategic plans.

Earlier in their career, Nate served as the Head of Engineering Department at BioMARC, Colorado State University, where they managed engineering activities and provided support for manufacturing under high containment conditions. Nate also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Commissioning Agents, Inc., providing commissioning and validation services for pharmaceutical and biotech facilities.

Nate's work experience also includes roles in the United States Navy as the Director of Academics for Mechanical Systems Introduction and Department Manager for Nuclear Mechanical Systems.

Throughout their career, Nate has gained expertise in quality management systems, corrective and preventive actions, quality risk management, change control, supplier quality management, non-conformance investigation, operational excellence, cleanroom design and management, project management, and training.

Nate Hildebrandt attended the Naval Nuclear Power School and Naval Nuclear Prototype School in 2000. Prior to that, they completed the Machinist Mate "A" School in 1999. Nate also obtained a certification in Certified Building Commissioning Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers.
